1. Account Creation & Responsibilities

To use PitchLabs, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use PitchLabs. If you are using PitchLabs on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

PitchLabs offers:

• A Free tier
• A Pro subscription (monthly or annual)
• A limited Founder tier (price locked)

Key billing terms:

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Prices are shown before purchase and exclude applicable taxes

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3. Founder Tier (Limited, Price-Locked)

The Founder tier:

• Is limited in availability
• Includes a locked-in price for as long as the subscription remains active
• May include early access or experimental features

If a Founder subscription is canceled, the locked pricing may not be available again.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PitchLabs for unlawful or harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or abuse system resources
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

PitchLabs owns:

• The software, interface, branding, and platform content

You own:

• The session plans, activities, and graphics you create

By using PitchLabs, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PitchLabs is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content will always be available or preserved
• The Service will meet every specific coaching or organizational need

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PitchLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to PitchLabs in the previous 12 months

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
